Institutional Orders:
All of the videos offered through our website are sold with a home video license
only. For institutional licenses on AFD home video releases, please call or
e-mail us for a price quote.

International Orders:
Although AFD is primarily a U.S. distributor, we do ship videos internationally.
However, not all of our videos are available in non-NTSC formats. Please e-mail
or call us for information about specific titles you are interested in. Note
that a $15 per tape conversion fee will apply to any non-NTSC (U.S. and Canadian
video format) purchase. International customers are responsible for all import
duties and taxes.

Shipping
Although most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt, please allow
2 weeks for delivery. Delivery times are based upon the time the order is shipped,
not when the order is placed. Most U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.
The charges are $5.95 for the first video and $1.50 for each additional video.
Canadian orders are usually shipped via global priority and are charged $9.95
for the first video and $2.00 for each additional video.

Return Policy:
Damaged videotapes can only be exchanged within 30 days of receipt and only
for the same title. The damaged tape must be returned before a replacement is
mailed.
